Refund Policy
Banglahood is committed to assisting its customers as much as possible and therefore follows a customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellations: Requests for cancellation will only be considered if made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has started, the cancellation request may not be entertained.

Perishable Items: Cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, food, and similar products are not accepted. Refunds or replacements can only be processed if the customer proves that the delivered product was of poor quality.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective products, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be considered after the merchant verifies the claim on their end. This must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.

Product Mismatch: If the product you receive is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, inform our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service team will take an appropriate action.

Warranty Issues: For products that come with manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly for any complaints.

Refund Processing: In cases where a refund is approved by Banglahood, it may take 9-15 days to process the refund to the customer.
